I know its a sin and Mr. J will give me an unworthy grin, but the technophile in me gotta try it out. So here’s Windows 8 on a MacBook Pro. Pretty sleek but i believe this version of Windows with its Metro UI is built more for a tablet than a desktop. Horizontal scrolling anyone? People are not used to scroll sideways on a desktop. On the web, this is considered a major usability issue. I’ve recorded a short video of the features. enjoy!

About me
Stanley has gained more than 10 years of experience in digital arts and has worked on multidisciplinary projects in print, web, interactive, motion graphics, post production and photography. He is a health and technology advocate. He is a multimedia trainer, a multimedia consultant and a visual artist. He spends his free time with his friends and family and enjoys photography a lot.
Currently, Stanley heads the multimedia department at Cycore Technology Solutions Inc. based in Ortigas Business District and as a long time instructor at country's only authorized Apple and Adobe Training center, PCCI or the Philippine Center for Creative Imaging. He has trained a myriad of professionals from various companies and institutions including Ayala Systems Technology Inc, Baker and McKenzie International, Lufthansa Technik, Far Eastern University college of IT etc.
Stanley continues to pursue his quest for learning and evangelize the use of emerging technologies on the web and interactive media.
